Privacy policy

When you join the email list, your email address is stored, along with an optional first name, the page you signed up from, and the date. When you buy something, the payment processor handles your card details. Card numbers never touch this website.

Standard server logs record requests, including IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

Email addresses are used to send the guide you requested and occasional studio notes. Order details are used to fulfil and support your purchase. Nothing is sold or rented to third parties, ever.

List records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honour the unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also write to the studio and ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, and that request will be handled within thirty days.

Email delivery, payment processing, and website hosting are handled by service providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. They receive only what they need to perform their part.
